Community Services Council of Woodbury
Seasonal Programs
Alongside our everyday work, the Community Services Council of Woodbury runs a handful of seasonal programs throughout the year, each one designed to bring a little extra joy, comfort, or relief to Woodbury families at exactly the right moment.
🎄 The Woodbury Giving Tree
Every holiday season, our Giving Tree program helps make sure local children, families, and homebound or isolated senior citizens have gifts to open and a reason to celebrate. Sign-up details and timelines are shared each fall — check back here or give us a call to find out how to participate, whether you’d like to sponsor a child, family, or senior, or nominate a neighbor in need.
🍎 Summer Meals Program
While school is out, kids still need to eat. Our Summer Meals Program helps make sure local children have access to healthy meals all summer long, keeping bellies full and worries a little lighter for Woodbury families.
Summer 2027 Enrollment Information will be posted in May of 2027.
🎒 Back to School Drive
As the new school year approaches, our Back to School Drive helps local families get their kids ready to learn, with the supplies they need to start the year off right.
🎆 Spread the Light: 4th of July
Celebrating our 15th Year
Spread the Light is a cherished annual tradition of the Community Services Council of Woodbury that brings our community together through stars dedicated in honor or memory of loved ones, friends, and neighbors. Each star shines as a symbol of love, remembrance, and hope while raising vital funds to provide food, energy, and emergency assistance to Woodbury neighbors in need.
